Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts. You will lead team members, maintain the guest experience, and ensure quality, cleanliness and safety standards are met.

As part of the leadership team, you will demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills, while working a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong leadership and guest interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts.
• Serve as ambassador of Red Robin standards to guests and ensure quality and cleanliness.
• Supervise peers and assist exempt management as needed.
