Job summary

Red Robin in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will train on the job and grow into leadership while upholding our brand equity standards to ensure guest loyalty and product quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation required.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant during scheduled mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Serve as an ambassador of Red Robin brand equity standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Lead guest interactions, resolve issues, and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• May work in this role as well as other hourly positions depending on restaurant needs.
