Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and leadership to supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong math, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Some computer literacy and flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
