Red Robin in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts. You will lead a team, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires 21+, 1 year restaurant experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Flexible hours include openings, closings, weekends and holidays; health benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under supervision of exempt management.
• Act as ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profits.
• Resolve guest interactions and maintain product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• May work in other hourly roles as needed to support restaurant operations.
