Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts. You will act as a leader, uphold brand standards, and help maximize profits while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a full-service setting, strong leadership, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. This role may also cover other hourly positions as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management.
• As part of the leadership team, act as an ambassador of Red Robin and brand standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Master guest interaction and resolve issues to optimize guest satisfaction and restaurant performance.
