Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members; ensure fast, accurate, friendly service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, cash control, waste tracking, and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Assign shifts, balance labor, and ensure proper food orders and costs are controlled.
