Job summary

Harri is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running smooth shifts, driving sales, guest service and team development in a fast-paced QSR environment. This role includes multiple levels with increasing responsibility and certification requirements.

All levels require full certification (Shift Leader training path and ServSafe) and an emphasis on operations, inventory, labor percentages, and maintaining brand standards while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required,18+ years old.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Strong verbal communication and influencing skills.
• Basic math skills for costs and tills.
• Sound judgment and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage teams and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory with daily/weekly inspections.
• Manages cash control, counts cash, and processes deposits.
• Tracks and records waste and conducts table visits.
• Motivates and directs team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Fix bottlenecks, monitor speed of service, and ensure quality.
• Coaches and develops team at each station including LTOs.
• Directs preparation and sale of products for on-time delivery.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify improvements and maintains standards.
