Job summary

Harri is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in operating the restaurant during assigned shifts, driving key outcomes in sales, profitability, service and people. The role spans multiple levels of responsibility with progression based on demonstrated skills and operational knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory by performing Daily and Weekly inventory inspections.
• Manages cash control and counts cash at shift changes and closing; reviews invoices.
• Tracks and records waste.
• Conducts table visits and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed Guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Fixes bottlenecks, monitors speed of service and ensures quality.
• Coaches, trains, and develops team across stations including LTOs.
• Directs efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
