Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained and that all procedures are followed

• Responsible for cash register setup and smooth shift transitions
• Oversee and manage the shift, directing team members and ensuring service quality
• Train new and existing staff in various stations and procedures
• Complete shift management administrative tasks and shift reports
• Post sales readings and conduct shift-awareness walkthroughs
• Enforce safety and security procedures for staff and customers
