Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee opening/closing duties and assist in daily restaurant operations. You will supervise crew and Team Trainers, ensure food safety, and maintain service standards to delight customers.

Responsibilities include cash handling, coordinating schedules, and training staff while upholding company policies. A ServSafe certification by end of training is required, with availability for full-time shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 6 months or more of restaurant, retail, or customer service experience.
• Certification for Open/Close Shift Manager; ServSafe certification by end of training.

Responsibilities

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures for crew members.
• Act as Cash Manager, opening cash registers and verifying cash at close.
• Perform walk-throughs to ensure readiness for opening, closing, or rush periods.
• Supervise crew and Team Trainers to maximize retention.
• Coordinate and delegate operations tasks in line with company policies.
• Support shift procedures and ensure proper crew coverage for service standards.
