Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Team Leader to support daily restaurant operations, supervise shifts, and uphold standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. The role includes handling issues with team members, suppliers, and guests, and escalating when needed.

The Team Leader will also assist in training staff, monitor service speed, and ensure proper cash handling. Opening/closing duties are performed in the absence of senior management, with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Supervise assigned shifts and maintain service standards.
• Ensure positive guest experience and atmosphere.
• Monitor labor controls and costs across FOH/BOH.
• Follow cash handling procedures accurately.
• Train new hires and existing staff on procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Ensures high standard of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and sanitation.
• Assist in directing restaurant operations in absence of GM/ASM.
• Address guest comments and complaints and escalate when necessary.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
