Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Team Leader to assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, stepping in for the General Manager as needed while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, ensuring a positive guest experience, managing FOH/BOH duties, training staff, enforcing cash handling procedures, and opening/closing the restaurant in the absence of upper management.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise assigned shifts.
• Provide a positive guest experience and atmosphere.
• Assist in managing daily labor controls and costs as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Provide team members and guests with a positive experience and atmosphere.
• Manage FOH and BOH shift responsibilities to help manage daily labor controls and costs as assigned by management.
• Monitor speed of service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints.
• Supervise daily shifts to ensure company standards, product quality, and cleanliness are maintained.
• Assist in the ongoing training of team members, including new hires as well as existing staff to ensure procedures are followed.
• Help enforce uniform policy and standards.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
