Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure food safety, manage cash, and train crew and Team Trainers during opening and closing hours. This is a full-time on-site role requiring strong leadership and customer service skills.

The candidate will supervise shifts, maintain service standards, coordinate schedules, and support management in driving overall restaurant performance.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Certification for Open/Close Shift Manager is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures for crew members.
• Act as Cash Manager, opening registers and verifying cash at close.
• Perform walk-throughs to ensure readiness for opening/closing and rush periods.
• Supervise crew members and Team Trainers to maximize retention.
• Delegate and coordinate operations tasks to meet company standards and delight customers.
• Assist in scheduling to ensure proper coverage during shifts.
• Address VOC issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Onboard new hires using Workday.
