Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Shift Manager to lead opening and closing duties and support daily restaurant operations. You will supervise crew and trainers, manage cash, and uphold food safety and customer service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 6 months of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and ServSafe certification by training end. Candidates must be able to work full time and travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 6 months or more of restaurant, retail, or customer service experience.
• Must obtain ServSafe certification by end of training.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing procedures and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Train and supervise crew and Team Trainers to maintain service standards.
• Manage cash handling and verify cash at close as needed.
• Oversee food safety, quality, and customer service to Delight Every Customer.
