Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Shift Manager in Jacksonville to lead daily restaurant operations, oversee opening and closing procedures, and ensure top-tier customer service. The role involves training crew, managing cash, and enforcing food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have at least 6 months in a restaurant or customer service setting, be 18+, and obtain ServSafe certification by training end.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 6+ months in restaurant, retail or customer service.
• ServSafe certification by end of training.

Responsibilities

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures for crew members.
• Act as Cash Manager as needed, including opening cash registers and closing verification.
• Perform walk-thru to ensure restaurant is ready to open/close and rush-ready.
• Supervise crew members and Team Trainers to maximize retention.
• Ensure operations meet quality, production and service standards to Delight Every Customer.
