Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint seeks a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, oversee opening/closing duties, and ensure top service. You will supervise crew and trainers, uphold food safety, and help implement standard procedures for a smooth shift.

The role requires at least 6 months in a service environment, a valid 18+ age, and certification by training end. Workday onboarding and robust teamwork are expected to Deligh Every Customer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 6 months+ of restaurant, retail, customer service experience.
• Open/Close Shift Manager certification by training end.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for full-time with close shifts.

Responsibilities

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures to crew members.
• Act as Cash Manager and handle cash at open/close.
• Oversee opening/closing operations and ensure service standards.
• Schedule crew and support rush periods to ensure coverage.
• Address VOC issues and uphold company policies.
• Onboard new hires using Workday.
