Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Team Leader to assist in daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.

You will supervise shifts, provide a positive atmosphere for guests and staff, manage FOH/BOH duties and labor costs, address guest comments, train new hires, enforce cash handling procedures, and open or close the restaurant when upper management is unavailable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Maintain a positive experience and atmosphere for guests and team members.
• Manage both FOH and BOH shift responsibilities to help control labor costs.
• Monitor speed of service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints.
• Supervise daily shifts to maintain standards of product quality and cleanliness.
• Support ongoing training of team members, including new hires and existing staff.
• Ensure adherence to uniform policy and standards.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
