Royal City Bell, LLC is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations on duty and drive 5-star customer service. You will lead and coach staff, ensure tasks are completed on schedule, and act as MIC while upholding company standards.

Applicants should be 18+, with restaurant leadership experience and SERVSAFE certification. English communication must be strong; health card and transportation are required.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership experience.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Strong verbal communication in English.
