Taco Bell in Brick Township, NJ is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee operations during assigned shifts, lead a crew, uphold food safety standards, and ensure guest satisfaction. This role reports to restaurant management and plays a key part in achieving daily targets.

You will supervise team members, coach performance, manage scheduling, and support opening/closing procedures while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or managerial experience in restaurant ops.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant crew during shifts.
