Responsibilities include training new hires, handling cash, and driving financial performance while upholding Taco Bell standards and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification in ServSafe is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate restaurant crew during shifts.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and prompt handling of inquiries.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory.
• Create and adjust shift schedules to meet service needs.
• Train new hires on policies, procedures, and safety.
• Monitor sales and expenses to meet financial targets and control costs.
• Communicate with management and collaborate with kitchen and service staff.
