Job summary

Avolta is seeking a Manager I to support branch management in executing QSR-style restaurant operations. The MGRI ensures the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and meets high operational standards.

The role uses prescribed policies to make decisions, oversees opening, staffing, scheduling, safety, and cash handling, and reports to the GM or Director of Operations at the location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures per policies.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates.
• Participate in hiring and recommend promotions to GM.
• Assign tasks, prepare schedules, ensure shifts are covered.
• Ensure mandated rest breaks and meals are taken.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and visually appealing display areas.
• Ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions per policy.
• Monitor wellness and safety procedures and report concerns.
• Perform Health and Safety duties per Manager's Guide.
• Place orders, receive goods, process invoices.
• Maintain current associate contact information.
