Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Leadership team member in Goodyear, AZ. You will manage shift flow, supervise hourly Team Members, and support operations to uphold safety, cleanliness, quality and speed of service.

Qualifications include at least 1 year of restaurant leadership, Food Safety Certification per local jurisdiction, strong problem solving, and excellent written and verbal communication. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are part of the package.

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e., Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.).
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
