Shake Shack is hiring in Scottsdale, AZ for a restaurant leadership role. You will manage the flow of service, direct team members, and help build a high performing hourly team on each shift.

The role may also support purchasing, receiving, and inventory functions while participating in interviews and employee relations. Applicants should have at least 1 year of leadership experience, a Food Safety Certification, and strong problem solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
