Shake Shack is seeking a shift supervisor in Queen Creek, AZ. Manage service flow, direct a team on shift, and ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. Lead hourly Team Members and assist in operations such as purchasing and inventory.

You may participate in interviews and support employee relations. We welcome applicants with at least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience, a Food Safety certification, and strong problem solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
• Food Safety Certification per local jurisdiction
• Strong problem solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilités

• Manage flow of service and direct work of team on shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members
• May assist with purchasing, receiving, inventory, and other operations support functions
• Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
