Shake Shack in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, deliver outstanding guest service, and mentor a high-energy team.

You will supervise staff, ensure sanitation and safety compliance, manage scheduling, and develop plans to promote the brand in the local community.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of restaurant management in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Ability to lead, coach, and drive excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
