Shake Shack is seeking a restaurant leader in Goodyear, AZ to supervise shift teams, uphold safety and quality, and drive fast, friendly service. You will help build a high-performing hourly team and may assist with purchasing, receiving and inventory as needed.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant, hold Food Safety certification, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
