Qualifications

• 3+ years GM experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations: personnel mgmt, food prep, purchasing, sanitation, health codes, and security.
• Ability to train others on Shack operations.
• Proven hospitality leadership and team motivation.
• Strong leadership with coaching focus.
• Knowledge of financial aspects of operations.
• 3+ years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop team members.
