Qualifications

• Must have approximately two to three years of experience/education demonstrating restaurant management knowledge.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team-building skills.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Must have a phone or reliable method to communicate with the restaurant and be accessible to meet the restaurant’s needs; open-door policy.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with management activities and duties.
• Lead work shift activities to maximize sales and profits and minimize costs.
• Ensure Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform duties per job descriptions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Participate in training, meetings, and company webinars.
