Job summary

Hardee's Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and lead the management team toward the restaurant’s business goals.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong planning, organization, and communication skills. You will help supervise Crew Members and Team Leaders, participate in trainings, and drive efficient shift performance.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team building and problem solving skills required.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have a telephone or reliable communication method to meet restaurant needs.
