Job summary

Hardee's Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager and on-duty supervisor. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure activities align with the business plan and that Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform their duties as described.

You will help deliver quality product and service, develop crew skills, drive sales, control costs, and follow policies. Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills are essential; a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Approximately two to three years of restaurant management experience or education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Ability to lead teams and build teamwork.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement capabilities.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver''s license, and proof of insurance.
• Excellent communication skills and open-door policy adherence.
