Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or education.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team building, investigative and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable personal transportation and valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Must have a telephone or reliable communication method; open door policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality product and customer service to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Assist General Manager or on-duty supervisor with management activities and duties.
• Help maximize sales and profits while helping control costs by leading shift activities.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and reflect company values.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts; attend trainings and meetings.
• Participate in special projects as needed to meet changing business conditions.
