Job summary

Hardee's Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager and on-duty supervisor in managing daily restaurant operations. You will work with the Management Team to ensure adherence to the business plan and ensure Crew Members perform their duties and meet expectations.

The role emphasizes customer service, team development, and the ability to lead shift activities to maximize sales while controlling costs. Strong communication and reliability are required.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of restaurant management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team-building and leadership abilities.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Must be reachable by phone and maintain an open-door policy.
