Job summary

The role focuses on delivering quality service, coaching crew, driving sales, and maintaining compliance with policies while supporting ongoing training and communications with the team.

Qualifications

• Approximately two to three years of restaurant management experience or related education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team-building abilities are required.
• Investigative and problem solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Phone or other reliable communication method to stay reachable.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to drive process improvements.
