Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant management experience or equivalent
• High School Diploma or GED required; strong planning and time management
• Team building skills and leadership abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot cash handling issues

Responsibilities

• Provide quality product and customer service to achieve total customer satisfaction
• Help Crew Persons improve skills and performance
• Assist management to maximize sales and profits while controlling costs
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures and embody company values
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts
• Attend training to stay current on industry trends
• Participate in company meetings, webinars, and conference calls
