Job summary

Panini Kabob Grill is seeking a Shift Leader/Restaurant Manager/Assistant GM to steer daily service in Rancho Cucamonga. You will guide shifts, coach team members, and resolve issues to uphold food quality, hospitality, and efficiency across all service moments.

You’ll oversee opening and closing duties, ensure safety/compliance, and sustain high guest satisfaction while meeting departmental goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a leadership role at a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of success.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house (FOH) operations on opening, mid, or closing shifts.
• Oversee back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure prep levels, food safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Supervise, coach, and develop FOH staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Ensure restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, safety, and pace meet company standards.
• Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and departmental goals.
• Maintain smooth operations while solving any problems or emergencies that arise.
