Job summary

Panini Kabob Grill in Anaheim is seeking a Shift Leader/Restaurant Manager/Assistant GM to guide daily service, coach staff, and uphold our high standards for food, hospitality, and efficiency on every shift. You’ll run front-of-house and support back-of-house, manage scheduling, address guest concerns, train team members, and help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming dining room.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a leadership role at a full‑service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work 10+ hour shifts, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house (FOH) operations on opening, mid, or closing shifts.
• Oversee back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure prep levels, food safety, and quality standards.
• Supervise, coach, and develop FOH staff to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
• Ensure restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, safety, and pace meet company standards.
• Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and departmental goals.
• Maintain smooth operations while solving any problems or emergencies that arise.
