Job summary

Panini Kabob Grill in Cerritos, CA is seeking a Shift Leader/Restaurant Manager/Assistant GM to guide service, coach the team, and uphold our high standards for hospitality and efficiency.

You’ll lead FOH on openings and closings, supervise BOH quality and safety, manage staffing, resolve guest concerns, and keep operations smooth.

This full-time role offers a salary of $75k to $80k per year. Recent restaurant leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a leadership role at a full-service restaurant.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Ability to work 10+ hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH operations on opening, mid, or closing shifts.
• Oversee BOH operations for prep levels, safety, and quality.
• Supervise, coach, and develop FOH staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, safety, and pacing meet standards.
• Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and departmental goals.
• Maintain smooth operations and solve problems or emergencies.
