Panini Kabob Grill in Culver City, CA, seeks a Shift Leader/Restaurant Manager/Assistant GM to drive excellence across service, coaching the team, and solving on-shift challenges. You will oversee FOH and BOH operations to ensure safety, quality, and a great guest experience, while guiding staff and upholding company standards.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and hands-on involvement with a typical 46–50 hour work week.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a leadership role at a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of success.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house (FOH) operations on opening, mid, or closing shifts.
• Oversee back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure prep levels, food safety, and quality standards are met.
• Supervise, coach, and develop FOH staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, safety, and pace meet company standards.
• Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and departmental goals.
• Maintain smooth operations while solving problems or emergencies.
