Panini Kabob Grill in Anaheim is hiring a Shift Leader/Restaurant Manager/Assistant GM to run shifts, coach the team, and uphold our high standards of food, hospitality, and efficiency. You’ll lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations, oversee staffing and scheduling, solve guest concerns, and ensure the restaurant meets company expectations for ambiance, cleanliness, safety, and pace.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a leadership role at a full-service restaurant
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of success
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Dependable, motivated, and hands-on
• Ability to work 10+ hour shifts, on your feet, and lift to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house (FOH) operations on opening, mid, or closing shifts
• Oversee back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure prep levels, food safety, and quality standards are consistently met
• Supervise, coach, and develop FOH staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Ensure restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, safety, and pace meet company standards
• Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and departmental goals
• Maintain smooth operations while solving any problems or emergencies that arise
