Job summary

Panini Kabob Grill is seeking a Shift Leader/Restaurant Manager/Assistant GM to oversee service flow, coach teams, solve problems in real time, and uphold our high standards for food, hospitality and efficiency on every shift.

You will run shifts, lead people, and make decisions impacting guest experience and the restaurant’s success, with a salary of $75k to $80k for a full-time role.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a leadership role at a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of success.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and hands-on.
• Ability to work 10+ hour shifts, on your feet, and lift to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house (FOH) operations on opening, mid, or closing shifts.
• Oversee back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure prep levels, food safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Supervise, coach, and develop FOH staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Ensure restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, safety, and pace meet company standards.
• Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and departmental goals.
• Maintain smooth operations while solving any problems or emergencies that arise.
