Panini Kabob Grill in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Shift Leader/Restaurant Manager/Assistant GM to oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. You’ll guide the flow of service, solve problems, and uphold high standards for food, hospitality, and efficiency.

You’ll run shifts, lead people, and make decisions impacting guest experience and restaurant success, with a 46–50 hour week and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a leadership role at a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of success.
• Clear and confident communication; able to motivate and guide staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH operations on opening, mid, or closing shifts.
• Oversee BOH operations to ensure prep levels, food safety, and quality standards.
• Supervise, coach, and develop FOH staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, safety, and pacing to meet standards.
• Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally; manage staffing and scheduling.
