Panini Kabob Grill in Pasadena is seeking a Shift Leader/Restaurant Manager/Assistant GM to guide front- and back-of-house operations, coach staff, and uphold our standards of hospitality, food quality, and speed.

You’ll run shifts, manage scheduling, handle guest concerns, and drive guest satisfaction. Must have 2–5 years leadership in a full-service restaurant; expect 10+ hour shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a 46–50 hour work week with medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a leadership role at a full-service restaurant.
• Clear, confident communication and strong leadership ability.
• Hands-on, dependable, and motivated to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH operations on opening, mid, or closing shifts.
• Oversee BOH operations to ensure prep, safety, and quality standards.
• Supervise, coach, and develop FOH staff for consistent service.
• Maintain ambiance, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience standards.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental goals.
• Maintain smooth operations and resolve emergencies as needed.
