Job summary

Panini Kabob Grill in California is seeking a Shift Leader/Restaurant Manager/Assistant GM to guide daily service, coach the team, and uphold standards of food quality, hospitality, and efficiency.

You will run shifts, lead staff, and make decisions that impact guest experience and restaurant success. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and a competitive compensation between $75k and $80k.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a leadership role at a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of success.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house (FOH) operations on opening, mid, or closing shifts.
• Oversee back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure prep levels, food safety, and quality standards are met.
• Supervise, coach, and develop FOH staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, safety, and pace meet company standards.
• Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and departmental goals.
• Maintain smooth operations while solving any problems or emergencies that arise.
