Responsibilities

Lead front-of-house (FOH) operations on opening, mid, or closing shifts.
Oversee back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure prep levels, food safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
Supervise, coach, and develop FOH staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Ensure restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, safety, and pace meet company standards.
Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally.
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and departmental goals.
Maintain smooth operations while solving any problems or emergencies that arise.
