Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Manager II to support branch management in executing complex restaurant operations. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, staffed, and operates to high standards, applying prescribed policies to make decisions.

Key duties include opening/closing procedures, supervising associates, and maintaining beverage compliance and safety guidelines. Valid supervisory experience in a casual dining setting is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily, and closing procedures per company policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within the unit.
• Ensures compliance with all beverage policies and AB procedures.
