All levels require full certification (completion of Shift Leader training path and ServSafe certification). Advancement is based on demonstrated skills, experience, and operational knowledge across labor,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Basic computer and math skills required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be Serv Safe certified.
