Taco-Bell in Oregon is seeking a Shift Leader to provide management coverage during operating hours and supervise team members. You will uphold high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy and speed of service, while hands-on supporting training and guest needs.

You will also handle opening/closing duties, ensure food safety, and coach staff to maintain consistent service quality across shifts, reporting to restaurant leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Good hygiene and reliable transportation.
• Punctual with a positive, friendly attitude.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant (back of house, lobby, restrooms).
• Restock inventory and supplies; assist with opening/closing tasks.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and policies.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair treatment and legal compliance.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Report safety concerns and issues to management.
