Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Restaurant Manager. You will supervise shifts, train team members, and ensure customer service excellence while maintaining safety and quality standards. Multiple levels exist with progressive responsibilities and required ServSafe certification.

The role emphasizes operational oversight, shift coverage, and adherence to budgets, with opportunities for leadership development across levels 1–4.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Strong customer service skills and communication abilities required.
Basic computer and math skills needed.
Must be at least 18 years old.
ServSafe certification required.

Responsabilités

Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained and that company procedures are followed.
Manage costs within budgeted levels including cash handling, food, labor, and supplies.
Oversee cash register setup and smooth shift transitions.
Supervise and direct team members with focus on customer service.
Train new and existing team members in various job stations and procedures.
Complete required shift management administrative tasks and reports.
Post sales readings and conduct shift walkthroughs to ensure smooth operations.
Observe and enforce safety procedures for a safe environment.
Provide training, coaching, and development to team members.
