Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to ensure cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, building maintenance and speed of service.
• Train and coach crew members, shift leaders, and assistant managers.
• Hire and staff accordingly, conduct performance appraisals.
• Maintain cost controls for food, labor, cash and expenses per budget.
• Ensure guest service excellence and handle complaints to encourage repeat visits.
