The Shift Leader is responsible for leading daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts while supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving operational goals. This role serves as the person in charge during their shift, ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, food safety, and team member performance. The Shift Leader leads by example, coaches team members, resolves guest concerns, and helps maintain a positive, high-energy work environment. Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience.
• Prior leadership, trainer, crew chief, shift lead, or supervisory experience preferred.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties.

Preferred Qualifications
